Christian Rosa

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL | 1982

Rosa applies a combination of materials including pencil, spray paint and oil paint onto raw, untreated canvas to create seemingly random shapes and lines, often detached from one another. His imagery materializes as quirky, imaginative compositions that float effortlessly over his canvases with witty mindfulness.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Rosa lives and works between Vienna, Austria and Los Angeles, California.
